Ecstasy at KCB One Night Only

Mammatus East of Huron, South Dakota Mammatus clouds are caused by descending air in the anvil portion of a thunderstorm. Earlier in the day this tempest produced several tornadoes but at sunset it became calm and revealed a beautiful mammatus display. Pink colors are created by the setting sun and blues come from clear sky above the storm. Watch movie below. (click here to purchase print)
